I assume responsibility for ensuring that all participants with my organization understand and adhere to these guidelines, which include: keeping all float content family-friendly (no vulgar, explicit, or suggestive material); not using the event for political campaigning or divisive messaging; refraining from harassment, discrimination, bullying, or inflammatory conduct—both online and in person; treating volunteers, spectators, and other participants with respect; and following instructions from event staff and law enforcement. I understand that political entries are permitted under specific conduct guidelines, and any political messaging must be family-friendly, non-confrontational, and aligned with the spirit of the Pottsboro Frontier Day Parade. I also understand that the Pottsboro Area Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to deny or remove any parade entry that does not align with the mission and spirit of the event. Violations may result in exclusion from this and future events. *
